So I am just finishing a book now for a book study called"The seven healthy habits of highly effective famailes"by Steven Covey. Now this was a really good book and I did find some great tips to apply to my home and family but it was a hard read for me. So now I am looking for a more easy girly kinda of read any suggestions????????
Have you read the Shopaholic books? Not great literary works by any means... more like candy, but not fattening!
ReplyDeleteHi Sara! No book to recommend but just wanted to say that I'm so glad you're thinking of joining me for my Green Smoothie Challenge. I did an update today about how it's going for me and would love to hear how its going for you once you get started. O, and as a sworn non-runner I'm finding the couch to 5k thing really accessible, and I'm recovering from a torn meniscus. You can check out their website here:http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml, but I'm just using the itunes app which is super convenient. Hope to hear from ya soon!
